nicchi is a bittersweet universe of characters, places, stories and objects. A twilight
zone between luxury and Saturday morning cartoons. Between the dread of
contemporary life and the comfort of bedtime stories.
In each collection, nicchi
encounters new creatures and finds his way through a puzzling world.
Good Morning Miracle, the inaugural nicchi collection, launched in September 2021.
Dragon Toes, a collaborative collection with artist Nora Turato, followed in December
2021. A line of essential everyday items, nicchi by nicchi, was launched in June
2023.
All three will continue to grow, alongside other future collections.
nicchi’s workshop, Maison Macadamia, is located in Amsterdam in a 19th-century
boys school. All production takes place there, alongside commissions to specialised
local craftspeople and designers, whose contributions help shape the nicchi
universe.
